They are durable, comfy and most of all CUTE AS A BUTTON! Okay, sorry about that button pun, haha. I consider these a real gem. I had gotten a black pair of faux Uggs from Wet Seal once and well they fell apart completely and had ZERO support.
One pair I had gotten at age 15 were pink, from Payless.. the brand Air Walk (they still carry it) and they have STILL held up and are SO comfortable and supportive! Just ugly from being worn so much. ;) I was very happy to find that these babies were just as great as the Payless pair.. only WAY more cute! I got them from American Eagle for around 40 which isn't bad at all considering they are so durable and cute. And compared with all the other boot prices. Yes you can find some for 20 and cheaper, but unless that's a sale price.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Exhibit A- my torn up boots from Wet Seal. Seriously, they are so broken from only wearing them a few months. A hugs disappointment. I definitely say you need to pay at least 35 unless they are on sale. Boots are an investment. However, I am not one to fork out 180 for a name.
Anywho, if you like THESE boots (they come in other colors too!) or are interested in finding something similar in a different style- I completely suggest American Eagle. You can find them HERE!
Your such a dork lol..I bought some boots from burlington and they've held up pretty nice and I got them for 20. bUT I want another pair and I was making a visit to my fav stores for shopping so ill have to get me a pair ;)
ReplyDeleteStef they are sooo cute! And Idk how much my air walks were.. they may have been 20 (on sale) b/c the air walks at payless now were like 35!! but that may have only been one style *shrugs* they are definitely durable. However Wet Seal.. UGH!! I need to take a picture of the ridiculous-ness that are these boots!! If you can even call them that now haha.
ReplyDeletewhat a great alternative!! i admit i have the real uggs, but i got them on sale from nordstrom! the original price was $180 (since they were the taller kind) but i got them for $110! so i feel like i got a good deal :)
